Bookish posts: February wrap-up – what did I read?

February went by so fast. I know that sounds cliché, but it did. It’s March already and despite the utter and bitter cold here in Holland, Spring is looming. I’m certainly looking forward to seeing life come back to the trees and the cute little animals.

Reading-wise, February was a good month. I discovered a new series via Kindle Unlimited that has taken-up most of my reading time outside of reading review books. I’d seen the book series Unbreakable Bonds by Jocelynn Drake and Rinda Elliot several times on other blogs, but I hadn’t gotten around to reading them yet. Then I discovered the books on Kindle Unlimited and it was on like Donkey Kong! I was instantly hooked on Lucas and his family and the boys are so much fun to read about. Admittedly, I started with the two Ward Security books and made my way back, but reading out of order seems to be a thing for me these days.

Then there was Poppy Dennison’s new book  Family Ties that was a big hit. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

On the review front there were also a lot of fun books to read. Like Dex by Miranda Hillers, a Dutch New Adult book. Re-reads of JL Merrow’s Plumber’s Mate series was also a lot fun. You can’t help but love Tom and Phil and the trouble they get into.

Admittedly, I didn’t read a lot of other books outside of the lgbtq genre, but I swear, I do have plans. It’s all the fault of Lucas, Snow, Ian, Rowe, Noah, Andrei and Hollis. Really, it is!
